About the author — Naveen Kumar is the founder of MedFlowX, a dental-only SEO agency. He has audited dental practice marketing setups across general, cosmetic, implant and orthodontic clinics in competitive US markets. More about how we work.
There is no single best dental SEO agency. The right one depends on what kind of practice you run. A 40-location DSO, a solo practice on a tight budget and an implant specialist in Manhattan need different partners. This guide compares 10 US dental SEO agencies on the things that decide fit: dental focus, published pricing, contract terms, who owns the work, and the practices each one is built for.
Every fact below comes from the agency's own website, checked on 1 October 2026. We re-verify the whole list every quarter. Where an agency does not publish a price, we say so instead of repeating a third-party guess.
Disclosure: I run MedFlowX, a dental SEO agency, and it is one of the ten agencies on this list. I have tried to describe it with the same standard as the other nine, including where it is weaker. No agency paid to be included or had any say in what is written here. If you represent one of them and something is out of date, contact us and we will correct it.
Which dental SEO agency fits which practice?
Match the agency to your practice type first and compare price second. These are the best fits by situation:
- DSOs and multi-location groups: Cardinal Digital Marketing
- Established practices that want one vendor for everything: WEO Marketly
- SEO plus Google Ads with no annual contract: Delmain
- Practices whose brand and website are the weak point: Wonderist Agency
- Practices focused on AI search visibility (ChatGPT, Gemini, AI Mode): DentalScapes
- Implant-focused practices that also want call coaching: Firegang Dental Marketing
- Tight budgets that need published, à-la-carte pricing: Gargle
- Owners who want price ranges and a strategic, CMO-style partner: Golden Proportions Marketing
- A simple website platform with SEO added on: ProSites
- Independent practices targeting implants, Invisalign and cosmetic cases on month-to-month terms: MedFlowX (ours; see the disclosure above)
How were these agencies compared?
Each agency was compared on five criteria that predict whether an SEO engagement works for a dental practice. The comparison uses only what each agency publishes about itself. We have not been a client of any of these agencies, so this is a comparison of offers, not a test of results.
- Dental focus. Does the agency work only with dental practices, or across many industries?
- Pricing transparency. Can you see a price before a sales call?
- Contract terms. Month-to-month, or a fixed 6–12 month term?
- Ownership. Do you keep your website, content and accounts if you leave?
- Measurement. Does reporting connect to calls and booked patients, or stop at rankings and traffic?
For what a fair price looks like, see our dental SEO cost breakdown.
How do the 10 agencies compare side by side?
Only three of the ten publish prices: Gargle, Golden Proportions and MedFlowX. Six say they are dental-only. Contract terms vary from month-to-month to fixed 6–12 month agreements, so ask before you compare quotes.

What does each agency do best?
Each profile covers what the agency is, what stands out, what to check before signing, and who it suits. The claims are the agency's own, as published on its website.
WEO Marketly
WEO Marketly is the combined brand of WEO Media and Marketly Digital, based in Beaverton, Oregon, and has been dental-only since 1999. It offers websites, SEO and AI SEO, PPC, social media, video, reputation management and patient reactivation, with ROI tracking connected to the practice management system.
- Stands out: It says it has grown 4,657 practices and reports an 89.1% client retention rate.
- Check first: Pricing is custom, so ask for a written scope and for references from practices in a market like yours.
- Best for: established practices that want one vendor handling every channel.
Golden Proportions Marketing
Golden Proportions is a Pennsylvania-based dental marketing agency and one of the few that publishes price ranges.
- Stands out: Startup packages run $1,100–$2,200 per month, and digital marketing programs run $1,300–$2,800 per month. It offers 0% interest-free financing for a year on most programs.
- Check first: The strategic route starts with a $1,000 marketing audit, and practices on that route typically invest at least $3,000 per month.
- Best for: owners who want price ranges before a call and a strategic, CMO-style relationship.
Delmain
Delmain is a dental-focused agency in Portland, Oregon, founded in 2009. It is a Google Premier Partner and says it is trusted by 200+ practices. Services cover branding, websites, SEO and AI optimization, Google and Meta ads, photography and video, plus its PatientPulse analytics tool.
- Stands out: No setup fees or annual contracts, and clients own all the work produced.
- Check first: Pricing depends on market and goals, so get a written scope.
- Best for: practices that want SEO and Google Ads run together without being locked in.
Wonderist Agency
Wonderist is a dental-only agency in San Diego with a team of around 57. It has been listed on the Inc. 5000. Its strengths are branding, websites, photo and video, alongside SEO, AI search optimization and Google Ads.
- Stands out: Closed-loop attribution that ties marketing to collected revenue through the practice management system.
- Check first: Pricing is shared after a consultation.
- Best for: practices whose brand and website are holding them back and who want reporting at the revenue level.
Cardinal Digital Marketing
Cardinal is an Atlanta-based healthcare growth agency with about 14 years of experience. It serves multi-location provider groups, health systems and DSOs. Dental clients it names include American Endodontic Group and NADG.
- Stands out: Media mix modeling and its RevRx™ methodology for allocating budget across paid media, SEO and AI search.
- Check first: Its services are designed around groups and health systems, so single-location practices should ask about fit on the first call.
- Best for: DSOs and multi-location dental groups.
DentalScapes
DentalScapes is a dental-only agency in Raleigh, North Carolina, and says it does not work with other healthcare verticals. It leads with AI visibility (GEO), aiming to get practices recommended by ChatGPT, Google AI Mode, Gemini, Claude and Perplexity, alongside SEO, PPC and Local Services Ads.
- Stands out: An AI-first position, a real-time results dashboard for every client, and ChatGPT ads management.
- Check first: Agreements run 6 or 12 months.
- Best for: practices that want AI search visibility as a priority.
Firegang Dental Marketing
Firegang is a dental-only agency in Spokane, Washington. It covers websites, SEO, PPC, Facebook ads, reputation management, video, implant marketing and AI search optimization, and it works with solo practices, groups and emerging DSOs.
- Stands out: Call coaching for the front desk, which matters because many lost patients are lost on the phone, not in Google.
- Check first: Pricing and contract terms are given on a consultation call.
- Best for: implant-focused practices that want marketing and phone conversion handled together.
Gargle
Gargle is a national dental marketing company with fully published, à-la-carte pricing.
- Stands out: A $59 per month membership, then Website & SEO at $595 (Nurture) or $1,145 (High-Growth) per month. Full-suite packages cost $1,495 or $2,095 per month. Ad management costs $599 per month plus 5% of ad spend.

- Best for: single practices on a tight budget that want to see every price upfront.
ProSites
ProSites is a website platform with two decades of dental website and marketing experience. It offers five tiers of SEO with an interactive dashboard. It also serves medical, veterinary and accounting practices, so it is not dental-only.
- Stands out: A simple start, with website, hosting and SEO from one platform.
- Check first: Pricing is not published, so request a quote for the SEO tier you are considering.
- Best for: practices that want an easy website platform with SEO as an add-on.
MedFlowX (our agency)
MedFlowX is a dental-only SEO agency that works only with independent private practices, not DSOs. It builds treatment-specific pages and content for implants, Invisalign and cosmetic dentistry, the searches worth $2,000+ per patient.
- Stands out: Published pricing of $1,500, $2,800 and $4,500 per month plus a one-time onboarding fee, on month-to-month terms with 30 days' notice. The Foundation Program has a $0 setup fee. A practice moves to the full program only after five verified new Google patient enquiries above its starting baseline in one month. We take one practice per market area.
- Check first: MedFlowX is a young agency with a small team and a limited public track record so far. Ask to see current work, such as the Century Dental NYC rebuild, and judge it on that.
- Best for: independent practices targeting high-value treatments that want month-to-month terms and a risk-reversed start.

Get a Free Dental SEO Audit →What should you check before signing with any of them?
Before you sign with any agency on this list, get four things in writing: who owns the website and accounts, the contract length and exit terms, how results connect to booked patients, and what is delivered each month. These four answers matter more than the monthly price.
- Ownership: your domain, website, content, Google Business Profile and call-tracking numbers should be yours.
- Exit terms: know the notice period and what you take with you when you leave.
- Measurement: rankings are not patients, so ask how calls and bookings are tracked.
- Deliverables: the number of pages, articles and links per month, named in the agreement.
- Red flag: any guarantee of #1 rankings or a fixed number of new patients.

Frequently asked questions
Which is the best dental SEO company in the USA?
No single dental SEO company is best for every practice. DSOs and multi-location groups are usually better served by a healthcare group specialist such as Cardinal Digital Marketing. Established single practices often prefer all-in-one dental agencies such as WEO Marketly or Delmain. Budget-focused practices can compare published price lists from Gargle or Golden Proportions. Pick by practice type first and price second.
How much do dental SEO agencies charge per month?
Among agencies that publish prices, Gargle's Website & SEO plans are $595–$1,145 per month, Golden Proportions' programs run $1,100–$2,800 per month, and MedFlowX charges $1,500–$4,500 per month. Most other dental agencies quote custom prices after a consultation. Multi-location groups typically pay more.
Is a dental-only SEO agency better than a general SEO agency?
Usually, for a single practice. Dental-only agencies already know treatment-level keywords, practice management system tracking, and healthcare advertising rules, so less of your budget goes on learning. Large groups sometimes do well with healthcare-wide agencies that bring stronger analytics and paid media teams.
Should I sign a 12-month dental SEO contract?
Only if the agreement names monthly deliverables and you keep full ownership of your website and accounts. SEO usually takes several months to show reliable patient growth, so a commitment can be reasonable. Shorter commitments, such as Delmain's no-annual-contract terms or MedFlowX's month-to-month terms, lower your risk if the agency underdelivers.
Who should own my dental website and Google Business Profile?
You should. Your domain, website, content, Google Business Profile and call-tracking numbers should be owned by the practice, not the agency. Confirm this in writing before signing so you can switch agencies without losing your rankings.
Why is MedFlowX on this list if MedFlowX wrote it?
Because it is one of the dental SEO agencies a practice owner could choose, and leaving it off would be its own kind of bias. The disclosure is at the top of the article, the other nine agencies are described from their own published information, and MedFlowX's limitations are stated alongside its strengths.
